Teimour Radjabov resigns from Candidates

The International Chess Federation (FIDE) announced today that Azeri Teimour Radjabov resigns his place in the 2020 Candidates Tournament. Frenchman Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, who was left out by very little, is now the substitute.
